Doosan Dong-A certified as G7 Master Printer

■ Certified as G7 Master Printer

The Ansan Factory of Doosan Dong-A Co., Ltd was certified as G7 Master Printer in the category of printing quality by IDEAlliance in the U.S., and the award ceremony was held on December 28, 2010.

G7 Master is one of the printing certifications awarded by American organizations based on the international standard of ISO 12647. There were a total of 515 certified companies in the world (as of December 2010).

Doosan Dong-A's Ansan Factory made notable achievements this year: It is the fifth company in Korea to acquire the certification for sheet-fed presses and the first in Korea to be certified for web-fed offset presses. It is a rare thing to achieve the certifications for both sheet-fed and web-fed presses at the same time; it is rarer, even throughout the world, to achieve all the certifications. This certification is expected to work as a critical catalyst for taking more orders from clients at home and abroad.
